License
Protocol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.
- No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing.
- No use of the app to build a competing product.
- No bypassing security or access controls.
Ownership
Protocol and all related intellectual property remain owned by us or our licensors. This license does not transfer ownership.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke your access if you misuse the app or violate this agreement. You may stop using the app at any time.
Apple App Store Terms
If you obtained Protocol via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Protocol — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent applicable, Apple's standard EULA terms apply, including:
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Protocol.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you as it relates to your use of the app.
